Time & going with the Flow

It seems in each moment we are reminded of time, whether it be by the clock or the body the physical world demands our linear attention. Presence eases this turmoil and honours the synchronicity of the moment in a more allowing fashion than the daily diary however, it cannot but go with the flow; time passes, moments are cherished but with all human ability so many more moments are missed. Having grown somewhat tired of this daily conundrum I am curious to explore and honour the gifts of time, as opposed to its constraints. Our unique heritage is our creativity, our ability to play with a concept and nurture it as it grows and transforms. Linear time on the surface denies this playful approach and asserts that what is past is past, the door is closed. However, this in itself flies contrary to the learning and growth process that is required by the expansive nature of evolution. Physical existence is a giant mirror that allows us to see both what we understand and what we need to understand. Time structures this process so that we can explore the mirror more fully and thankfully in bite size proportions. But what if we can access these points on the linear line of time, those moments where we perhaps missed the boat as they say or did not fully explore our potential as much as we may have liked?

Let us take time and the aging process and play with that for a moment. We often have an age that comes to mind for a variety of reasons. These could be due to a relationship, a situation, an opportunity or an emotion. Let us pick the age of 25. This is not an attempt to return to a previous age or to become that age. I would imagine it would be uncomfortable on many levels to bring a third dimensional physical structure into the fourth dimensional flow so let us merely connect with that age now.  Through the use of our creative imagination now we can see the whole structure of the body at 25. How much Light is there and where is it absent? As the Light levels reduce we are seeing patterns and points of energy that have become crystallised and perhaps more rigid than other areas. This implies a lack of flexibility in this area and therefore a lack of consciousness. Through the use of colour we can assist the bodily structure return to its natural state of flow. Consider the rainbow and choose a colour now to flood through this 25 year old bodily structure and watch as it pulses radiantly and gently throughout, clearing and cleansing and brightening. We can continue to play with these colours and watch as the bodily structure gains more and more Light. And finally, we can visualise the colour of iridescent pink and use this electrical energy to further flood the body with Light and clear the entire structure including the cells. We can once again look at the bodily structure at this age and see how the Light is held and where perhaps further work is needed. It is not necessary to clear it all nor is it necessary to understand what is being cleared. This is merely an exercise to access other points in time, past or future, and through conscious intention clear the blocks and raise the Light quotient. If there are still heavy patterns or blocks at this particular age then switch to an earlier age and work with the patterns before they have crystallised. In many cases choosing an earlier age allows for more flexibility within the energy structure.

It is equally interesting to use this method to explore possibilities or options from a particular age that were not explored in the physical. Merely choose an age, a situation, an emotion or an experience and use your creativity to explore it and play, play, play. If we consider how endemic the issue of worthiness is in our society at present we may explore this individually by choosing a moment in time where we felt either worthy or unworthy. Ironically it is often easier to work with the unworthiness, the inferiority or the shame. Using your creative imagination again find the moment of the emotion and fill in the scene: Where are you? Who is with you? What can you hear? What age are you? And now most importantly how are you feeling? Spend ‘time’ now unwrapping this moment and see what it brings you? Is it the first such moment? This is such an enormous socio-cultural issue that it often involves many, many moments where we learn again and again of our lacks. And so follow the thread and return to another moment and begin again. What was ‘learned’ in these moments of unworthiness have become embedded in the bodily structure but can be removed. Conscious Presence knows the precious value of each person but  must be invoked and welcomed into these moments. Flood the bodily structure with the perfect blueprint of Presence where only worthiness is recognised. Again this is often easier when a colour is attached and so choose a colour that resonates with the emotion or moment and allow it to gently flood your being, the environment and the entire scene of the  moment. As Shakespeare so wisely said through Hamlet, ‘There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so’. Once again, when we are ready, we can visualise the electric iridescent pink as it floods through the bodily structure, and the entire moment or emotion if we wish, and watch as the crystallised patterns and thoughtforms are dissolved.

Again it is not the age that is important but the pattern, emotion or moment. In essence, through changing our views of time we can interact with the many moments and reclaim any energy or aspect that we may have unknowingly lost or limited along the way. This process is not necessarily negative as the age that surfaces may be important merely as a symbol of creative opportunity or as a moment to clear fear patterns that this creative potential manifested. These moments can be used to find openings for our creative potential that we did not feel prepared for on the physical level. Each time we approach an age, whether real or imagined, we can take the opportunity to release these patterns and in a sense reclaim the creativity that lies within them. And as we engage in this process we heal moments that both restore our hearts power and allow us to find once again our unlimitedness. We can then be truly free to go with the flow.

I hope you found these ideas of interest.

With playful regard,

Suzanne
